Terms & Conditions

  1. Goods once sold shall not be taken back
  2. Overdue payment will attract interest @24% p.a. till the date of the payment
  3. Company reserves the right to stop supply of goods without assigning any reason even if there is no overdue outstanding.
  4. All payments are to be done by RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/Bank Transfer/ Account Payee Cheque/UPI only
  5. No cash payment to be made under any circumstances.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, tax on this invoice is not payable under reverse charge.
  7. Trade Discount/Penal?es on this invoice will be credited/ debited as agreed.

  1. Goods once sold shall not be taken back and no refund shall be issued.
